Christmas is celebrated by people who believe in Christianity, this festival is the biggest festival for them. Christmas is mainly celebrated in European countries but gradually it has now been adopted in Asian countries as well.
The Christmas festival is celebrated every year on 25 December with great enthusiasm and pomp. Christmas is a very important day for the people of Christian society, they believe that on this day Lord Jesus was born and this festival is organized on the occasion of his birthday.
Tradition and Recognition -
According to old stories and beliefs, the son of Mother Mary was born as Jesus Christ. Mother Mary was a virgin before the birth of Jesus Christ, and she was engaged to a man named Yusuf, the king of David.
According to the stories, one day the angels came to Mother Mary, they told Mother Mary that they would soon have a son who would show the people of the world how to get rid of their sufferings.
After a few days, Mother Mary was married, after which she and her husband moved to a place called Bethlehem in the province of Judea.
At this place, Jesus Christ was born in the stables there. God had a supernatural power from the time of birth in Jesus Christ.

People start preparing for Christmas a month in advance. Before Christmas, people clean their houses and get them painted new.
This festival is so spectacular that due to this, a unique glow is seen in the market, colorful lighting and happy faces of people are seen all around.
On this celebration, the occupation people get a bonus along with salary, which makes them more happy and takes part in this Christmas celebration with great pomp.
All the people put colorful lights in their houses 1 day before Christmas, the whole market is bathed with lights. The church is decorated with colorful lights, colorful flowers, scenery, candles, colorful balloons and other decorative items.
Since Christ was born on the night of 25 December, Christmas begins at night as soon as 12 o'clock, special prayers are offered in church houses, after which people offer Christmas greetings to their relatives and acquaintances.
Many people celebrate this festival in groups and also arrange tasty dishes, which adds to the festival. On Christmas day, Christmas tree is also planted on which various types of lights, happy and gifts are placed.
There is an old belief behind the planting of Christmas tree by the people of Christianity according to which the planting of Christmas tree increases the flow of positive energy and the negative energy is completely destroyed.
Gifts placed on the Christmas tree are distributed among the children. To make children happy, people take the form of Santa Claus and distribute gifts to everyone. Children are excited about the gifts received by Santa Claus because they think that this gift is given to them by God.
Cakes are an old Christmas practice, cake is the main dish of Christmas. It is liked by all because it contains various types of chocolate, fruit juice, milk cream etc. which is very tasty.

Importance of Christmas
Christmas has major importance like other festivals, due to luck people get out of their runaway life and celebrate happiness and consider themselves close to God.
Due to change of culture in foreign countries, people are less able to meet each other due to which human is becoming his original tendency, but due to festivals like luck, people have a unique enthusiasm to meet each other.
The Christmas festival is a symbol for people of the Christian faith that they are proud of. The importance of this festival increases even more because it gives the message of being in love with each other. Due to which people are affected and get along with each other.
