Our country is still a developing state and the economic condition of the country is very bad because it is a male-dominated state. They do not know that women too are half the power of this country and that walking step by step with men can become the full power of the country. One day when the entire power of the country starts working, no other country will be more powerful than India. Men do not know how powerful Indian women are.
It is very important for all Indian men to understand the power of women and let them move forward to make themselves self-reliant and the power of country and family. Gender equality is the first step to bring about women empowerment in India. Men should not think that women are only responsible for doing or taking home and family work. Men should also understand their responsibilities at home, family and other things that women do so that women have some time to think about themselves and their careers. There are many laws to empower women. However, none are more influential nor are they followed by people. There should be some effective and strict rules which should be followed by all. It is not only the responsibility of our government, it is the responsibility of each and all Indians. Every Indian need to change his mind towards women and strictly follow the rules made for women empowerment.
Not only rules can do nothing, but there is also a need to understand the topics of rules, why rules are made, why women empowerment is necessary for our country and other questions also need to be understood. There is a need to think positively on these, it is necessary to change your thinking about women. There is a need to give women complete freedom, this is their birthright. Women also need to change their presumptions that they are weak and anyone can cheat them or use them. Instead, they need to think that they have more power than men and they can do better than men. She can also become physically powerful by learning yoga, mental arts, kung-fu, karate etc. as her safety standards. Women empowerment is a very important tool for advancing development in the country. It can help improve the health and productivity of families and communities, as well as reduce poverty by providing better opportunities to the next generation. There are many reasons for the backwardness of women in India such as gender-based violence, reproductive health disparities, economic discrimination, harmful traditional practices, other widespread and regular forms of inequality.
Women in India have been facing a lot of hardships since ancient times, especially during and after humanitarian disasters. There are many private and government organizations and institutions to support women empowerment, promote policy making, promote gender sensitive data collection, improve awareness of women's health and expand their freedom in life. I want to give a speech on women empowerment in India. As we have gathered here to celebrate this program, I have chosen this topic to raise the issue of gender inequality in front of you all. The government and other private institutions are supporting women to reach leadership positions in the public sector. The leadership of women in the public sector is one of the important instruments for the development of the nation. Representing women in the public sector is a matter of justice. However, all approaches need to be brought forward to make women empowerment effective. Women and men both have unique and different perspectives so both are important to make the decision making process effective. Equality of rights of both men and women in the society will increase the work capacity and thus improve the economic condition of the country.
Women empowerment is the key to strengthen their participation in decision making process which is very important for socio-economic development. According to research data, it has been mentioned that the empowerment of women in a strong way enhances economic growth and continues development. We should think about this and discuss how our cultural, traditional and social rules affect female leadership so that we can break them. There is social, cultural and family pressure on women which acts as the biggest main issue as an obstacle in gender equality. Women are under tremendous pressure from their family, parents, society and are forced to take care of all their family members. Such pressure from family and society reduces the ambition of women to pursue careers than men.
According to a research, during the discussion of high status of women, it was found that she does not discuss her role of work with her family and her husband in any way. She feels uncomfortable expressing her feelings about her superior status. According to a survey of the top 50 women leaders across Asia, three main challenges are being faced for upliftment of women in leadership in Asia, "barriers to family life", "the organization's policies and behaviors that allow men Support more than women "and" cultural barriers ".
The leadership of women is restricted by various social, cultural and political norms that need to be understood and prevented. I would like to give a message to the large crowd about the real status of women in Indian society while raising the subject of women empowerment in front of you through my speech. As we all know, without women (our grandmother, mother, sister, friend, wife, etc.) we cannot perform properly in our daily routine. Women are responsible for making only our food at home, washing our clothes and doing other tasks. Why only women in the society and family are forced to wake up early in the morning, do household chores, fast and worship for the good and prosperity of the whole family. It is very funny that they are encouraged to carry out household tasks and responsibilities right from childhood, whereas, they are discouraged to lead like men. Why?
We all know the answer to every question, however, do not want to think and discuss it because men always want to keep their supremacy over women in all areas, leaving only household responsibilities. My dear friends, being the youth and future of the country, we (the new generation of the country) must ensure our bright future by walking step by step with women in every sphere of life. Except thinking about what has happened so far, it is time to wake up because we are already too late and now if we are sleeping for even a moment, we will be left behind forever. My dear friends, as we have read in our history that women have faced many social challenges since time immemorial and they were forced to confine themselves only to family and society. People used to think that women are the only source of money investment and weakening of the family's economic condition, although they do not think that women are also half the power which can become full power with men.
Women also need to empower themselves by being strong with their hearts and minds. As she faces the challenges of daily life, she can also face social and family difficulties that limit her empowerment and progress. They have to learn to embrace every challenge of life each day. Gender inequality is the reason for poor performance of women empowerment in our country. According to the data, it has been observed that in many parts of the country it has fallen continuously and there are 850 women as compared to 1000 men. According to the 2013 Global Human Development Report, our country ranks 132nd in the Gender Inequality Index among 148 countries around the world. SC, ST and minority women get higher levels of exploitation, discrimination, limited employment opportunities than upper caste women. Change is the key strategy for both gender equality and women's empowerment to achieve development and high economic status.

I express my thanks to all of you for coming here and taking this opportunity, I would like permission to express my views on this subject to all of you.
People present here must have heard about the issue of women empowerment through print media, electronic media, general discussion or any other source as it is one of the most talked about topics of today.
Before we discuss women empowerment, let's first go into this topic in detail. Women's empowerment refers to the promotion of economic, social and educational advancement of women. It is a wide-ranging topic, promoting women employment in government and private sectors, gender equality, employment, promotion and opportunities through women empowerment. So that their social standard and standard of living can be improved.
Now through these things the question arises that, does society treat women appropriately? So the answer is no. We are still far behind the 2030 sustainable development target set by the United Nations.
For centuries, women have not been given the freedom to move out of their homes and they have been confined only to household work. The condition of women is similar in every backward and progressive country except some backward and progressive countries. In such societies, women do not get freedom like men, due to which their life becomes like imprisonment. They do not have the freedom to take any family decision even at a small level because they are always considered inferior to men. On the other hand, in some developed countries, this thing is completely different, where in society, women are treated equal to men in social and economic terms.
So let's talk about the benefits of women empowerment, why should we do this? After all, why can't we leave women in their present state, so that they develop very slowly. Today, growth is progressing at a rapid pace and we are hopeful that by 2030 we will achieve the goal of the United Nations' most ambitious project, Global Sustainable Development. But it would be a big mistake if we did not pay attention to the problem of women and if this task of women empowerment is not completed, it will create many more crises in future.
As it is said that any important work starts from one's own home, in the same way a country cannot achieve progress until it can provide women with equal order and respect in society and if If the interests of women are ignored, we will be left far behind in subjects like health and sanitation, women's education, infant mortality and socio-economic progress.
Now the big question about this subject is, what can be done to stop it? Everyone can give their support in this, whether it is a person in a high position or a normal person, such as the woman you love or the women you know, consider them as equal. You should ensure that they too get equal share in employment, education and socialism. Things will definitely change one day through these actions, but we have to start this change by ourselves.
Now on this subject comes the cooperation of the government, for this the government needs to formulate new policies so that women too get equal opportunities for employment and progress. At the same time, the government should pay special attention to women's socio-economic and educational development and remove gender inequality against women so that they too can get equal pay and employment opportunities for men.
As stated by Mahatma Gandhi in this subject, "The change you want to see in the world, start with yourself."
