Preface
Children's Day is dedicated to the future of our country i.e. small children. Children's Day is celebrated in India on November 14, which is the birth date of India's first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. This is done in view of their infinite love towards their children. The main purpose of celebrating Children's Day is to create awareness among the people about child rights and education of children. This is the reason that in view of the incidents of child abuse and child labor in developing countries like India, its importance increases even more.
Children's Day is celebrated on different days all over the world, but everywhere its purpose is the same, that is to protect the rights of children and provide them with basic facilities. The first Children's Day event in the world was organized in the city of Massachusetts, US, in June 1857 by Pastor Dr. Charleslenard, although due to the event on the second Sunday of June, it was first named Flower Sunday but later changed its name to Child Day (Children's Day).
Similarly, according to its importance and beliefs in different countries of the world, it is celebrated on different days and in many countries this day is also a national holiday, but the meaning of its celebration is the same everywhere, that is child To come forward to protect the rights and bring awareness among people about the subject. That is why this program of Children's Day is so popular all over the world and is celebrated with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm in every country.

Children's day is celebrated every year on 14 November in India. This day is the birthday of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, who was also fondly called Uncle Nehru by the children and in view of this attachment towards children, his birthday is celebrated as Children's Day. After the sudden demise of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on 27 May 1964, it was decided unanimously that from now onwards, Children's Day will be organized on his birthday on November 14 every year.
On this day, various programs are organized by schools and institutions such as sports competitions, fancy dress competitions, Q&A contests, speech competitions etc. On this day, most of the children come to the fancy dress competition wearing their beloved uncle Nehru's costumes.
