It is said that liberty is the birthright of man. But it is not so easy to verify the truth of this statement. Liberty is always desirable but whether everyman enjoys his liberty is another question. We can assume that a man may have liberty but we cannot assume that he will enjoy it all his life. Perils to one's liberty generally come from kings, emperors, dictators, authoritarian rulers, physically and politically strong and rich mn. They exploit less privileged persons They do it either overtly or covertly, crudely or subtly, But whatever the manner of abridging or curtailing the liberty of weak people, some forces, as mentioned above,' are excessively fond of doing it. Just as one's life in the world is not always safe, so one's liberty is also not safe. A little inattention or unmindfulness can cause incalculable damage to our liberty. Hence, it is proper to be vigilant eternally of the possible threats.
