Haste makes waste

Man cannot succeed in anything if he does it in haste. Everything should be done with a cool and steady mind. Those who do anything hastily without proper thought and planning often meet with failure and disappointment. A man of sense will never do anything in haste because it will hinder his doing it well. An unintelligent person is in haste when the work proves too big. for him. He runs about, worries, puzzles, confounds and perplexes himself. He wants to do it at once but can never do it at all. But an intelligent person thinks and plans carefully before he does anything. He takes the time necessary for doing the job well. If a teacher teaches hastily the students do not understand. If a student reads hastily he does not remember. If a speaker
speaks hastily he cannot impress anybody. Hasty action generally ends up in failure and disaster.
