MORNING SHOWS THE DAY
It has been generally observed that if a day begins with a fine morning that whole day is fine. Conversely, if a day begins with a stormy, chilly and cloudy morning that whole day turns out to be stormy, cloudy and chilly. This implies that the whole course of something can be predicted on the basis of its beginning. If a woman gives birth to a child who is weak and thin and continues to be so during the childhood he cannot be strong, healthy and stout in his manhood. Similarly a student who neglects his studies and becomes academically weak in the lower classes cannot show good results in the higher classes. A child who is born and brought up in a family of thieves will probably be a thief in his life. There are, of course, a few exceptions to this rule, but the gist of the maxim is by and large true.
