People in glass houses should not throw stones at others

Glass is a brittle substance. If a thing made of glass is hit by a stone it will break into pieces. A man living in a glass house should not throw stones at others because instead of harming others the stone will cause damage
to the house itself which is made of glass. This instance has a moral implication. One who himself is faulty should not try to find fault with others. Faultfinding neither benefits the person who is at fault nor one who finds fault. On the other hand, it embitters the feeling of others and in retaliation, they would like to find fault with the fault finder. Secondly, there is nobody in the world who is entire without fault or blameless. When everybody is at fault and has weaknesses it is pointless to find fault with others. To ignore it is to invite trouble.
