TOO MUCH FAMILIARITY BREEDS CONTEMPT.
There is always a limit within which a person, a thing, or a relationship ought to operate. When the limit is crossed the result will be unpleasant. As human beings we have to establish and maintain relationship with others. But in these matters one cannot go to any extent. This applies universally to all kinds of relationship with others. If a person becomes too much familiar with another person both will be in a position to know the virtues and vices of each other. A small disruption, a difference of opinion or a petty dispute between them will result in contempt for each other, instead of love and affection. Sometimes too much of familiarity brings down the prestige of someone before others with whom he is too intimate. Sometime it brings and end to the friendship between two persons and more often the best of intimacy ends up in bitterness.
