TOO MUCH OF A THING IS GOOD FOR NOTHING.
Any number of example can be cited in support of the view that too much of anything is certainly bad. If one puts too much of salt into a food item it is spoiled and nobody will like to eat it. If someone puts too much of sugar in tea or coffee it would certainly lose its taste and nobody will like to drink it. A crooked or dishonest man intending harm will always speak in too sweet words and behave in too polite ways. It is a common thing known to all that too much of anything is always bad. This is true of both good things and bad things. A bad thing is bad and too much of it is worse. It needs no explanation. A good thing like food, if taken too much will cause disease. Hence, everything in the world is useful, if used in the right proportion and measure.
