UNEASY LIES THE HEAD THAT WEARS A CROWN.
Wealth, power and glory have their glamour. The poor believe that the rich are happy. The weak believe that the strong are happy. They think that rich have nothing to worry about. They do not know what sorrow or poverty is. According to them, the king who wears a crown is a God or at least next to God. He enjoys all the fine things of the world. He must always be happy. But such notions about king or rich men are wrong. A king is always troubled with anxiety and misgivings that his kingdom may be conquered by a stronger king, thieves may steal his wealth, his subjects may rise in revolt against him and so on. He is tortured by suspicion and restlessness. He may fall a victim to conspiracy, jealousy, foul play and even assassination. He may fall from the heights of glory to the depths of servility. The kings, therefore, are never free from worries.
